no login/play tab no links

When i open the Webpage it takes several tries to get the login up. when it does come up i dont see any link tabs at all
no play no email no download launcher. This is both on Explorer and Modzilla. going to DL Crome and try that https://www2.uthgard.net/account/signin is the like this is happening to me on |
