Greetings,

I originally activated my Uthgard Account with an e-mail address (tony@upson.cc) and I am able to log into my Uthgard Account with this e-mail address and log into the game.

However, when I signed up with this same e-mail address to the Forums, I never received an activation e-mail. Since I never received an e-mail, I cannot log into the forums to post or receive support.

When I try to re-register with the e-mail address, I receive:

"This email is already registered. If you forgot your password, click the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD LINK and a new password will be sent to you."

So, I then try to retrieve a password using the "Forgot Password" link

And I receive...

"Your password reset request failed because a User with the specified username and e-mail address could not be found..."

(Assuming because it was never activated, but without an e-mail; one couldn't activate it)

Having said, there is nothing I can do to get this rectified (a) because I need to be registered and logged into the forums to talk to a GM (b) no officer ever responds in IRC and (c) it will not allow me to register to the forums with another e-mail address; as it does not match my Uthgard E-mail Address/Account.

How can this be resolved? There should be an anonymous option to speak to GM's or something, for situations like this.

My in-game character name currently is "Cryptek" on Hib (Druid).
