I bought a house and turned it into a guild house. I am the only member of the guild atm and officer (rank 0). For some reason I cannot access any of the house commands anymore..cant take away or add things etc. Only thing I can do is pay money into the lot. Does anyone have an idea what went wrong/what to do? If I use /house it says I do not own a house, which I assume is correct since its a guild house, but as rank 0 officer I should be able to access house commands or not?

Please make sure to set your guild house permissions correctly.
You mention you are an officer with rank 0. Did you form the guild or did you get promoted to rank 0?

I formed the guild. How do I change the permissions of the house then? /house it tells me I dont have a house...so not quite sure what the command would be then. Thanks for the help

Try porting into the house, then shift+right click on the walls to bring up the housing window.
