My house got repossessed two hours after upgrading from a villa to a house. I received no email or warning in game about my empty lockbox. Can any GM's help me get it back?

In order for this to occur you would have had to not enter the game or change region at all from the time that it was due. It is unfortunate but this house is lost.

That is exactly what happened. I bought and upgraded the house, put the vaults back in and filled them, then went afk. I didn't log out or anything. I took a shower, then went to the store. It wasn't until two hours later that I logged back into game, and found that my house had been repossessed. I didn't receive any email (had my phone on me the entire time), or notification in game about the rent being due. Not only that, but my vault items are not in the repossession bankers. I'm missing a ring of the pumice and about 50+ strong elixirs of invig/power.

I have seen the repossession bankers get confused. The consignment banker lists items from the VAULT! Check with ALL the bankers, you might find em.
