I was considering upgrading my house, but i found a nice spot that is empty.
So, I think this is a nice timing to move spot.
I want to abandon my old house and lot, and want to build a new upgraded house in a new lot.

A few questions regarding to this.

1. Is it possible for me to buy new lot and build a new house when i have a house atm?
2. If not, is there any way to abandon, or destroy.. or whatever, my house, so that i don't own a house anymore?

a) dont pay rent, so your house get lost
b) search a player without house and trade it to him
c) make a guild and update your house to guildhouse


dont know any other way..
