Character Still Logged in

Was zoning into Camelot to get kicked to character select screen, couldn't get past the character selection. I've killed my client, made sure nothing was running in task manager and even restarted my PC but yet I still can't get back into the game. When I try, it keeps telling me that I can't run more than 1 account which I'm not trying to do. :-/

Nm, I see the server status as offline, so I assume my issue may be related to this. I'll wait for the server to come back up
