My wife and I haven't played for a while and now we can't log in on one of the laptops. We have tried completely uninstalling the game and the launcher and resintalled it, we have checked Visual C++ and Microsoft Framework. We have restarted the computer a couple of times and followed all of the Play Instructions but we still can't access Uthgard on one computer, we can log into both, one at a time ofc, on the other computer. Help is both needed and appreciated.

I ran the shady looking german program and it fixed the issue for me. Recenlty switched PCs.
