Hello,

I'm coming back from week end, and I lost my character (Midgard - Joufflu - Healer)
People from my guild can still see my character, but it is not available in my character list which is empty.

May I have some help please ?

The most common cause is you logged in with a different identity provider. Suppose you logged in using Facebook previously but now you chose Google, this is a new account. In this case, log out, and choose the original identity provider.
