Just installed, Missing a file in download

Just installed, hit play from Uthgard site. followed all instructions and im getting a message saying I am missing a dll file.
api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll please help!

It looks like you haven't installed the pre reqs for Uthgard:
* necessary dependencies for the Uthgard Launcher: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 for x86 (the 64-bit version will not work since DAoC is 32-bit as called out here: https://www2.uthgard.net/howto#4 Gil DaTroll - Merlin Zerker | MacDeath - Uth1 Armsman | Gil - Uth2 Zerker | Macdeath - Uth2 Armsman
