I can not come in with a character in my account, Puffetta

Server was not taking new logins for a few minutes prior to the reboot.

non è un problema di logins, solo 1 personaggio non entra. E' bloccato e crasha. Solo Puffetta. Sutura e Vespa funzionano

Yes, I can log in with other characters.
When I try to log in with Puffetta, just inside the game, back to desktop without reporting any errors

If Puffetta in a different location (zone, dungeon, etc)? You should try to log onto another character and bring that character to where ever Puffetta is. If you crash on that character when you do so, then your client is corrupted and you probably need to reinstall the game completely.
