This mob is bugged and not spawning by the Roman Fort. I've spent a few hours out here now running around going to where people said it was spawning 4-5 days ago and nothing.

Bump. Please fix this. It is stopping everyone for completing their epic quests which is especially annoying for those of us that have the items in our final templates.

I need to complete this step too for my ice wizzy, and no spawn after waiting several hours each day for the last 3 days.

Admin replied to my ticket earlier and said they are aware of the problem, but a "higher" admin would need to reset it. I'm guessing they'll just wait for a server reboot. Blah.

Even after server reboot the mob is STILL not respawning. You need to fix this bug immediately since it is preventing people from progressing into their epics.
