connection problrm, need help

at a friends house trying to set him up, DL'd launcher, made his acct, logged him in but there is no play button, I log my acct in and play button is there but when I click play, nothing happens, like it tried to load, but doesn't.
One thing, he cannot click the box where it says he understands the rules, the box is grayed out for some reason. any ideas? |

Usually the box should be un-checkable for 30 seconds to give you time to read the rules.
If it's working not after that, maybe try a different browser. I would assume that is why he gets no play button though. |

He got it .... the next morning lol it just all of a sudden worked.
 We have a new +1 to Uthgard now yayy! |
