Haste and cast recovery

A long time ago, quickness, haste, and weapon speed effected the duration in which a caster was interrupted. But it was patched at some point on live, and was changed so that quick/haste/wep speed no longer effected casting recovery at all.
Is that patch applied to Uthgard's mechanics? Thanks in advance. |

No, on Uthgard the swing time decides how long your enemy interrupts you.
It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.
Every bug gets fixed. Sooner or later. Oh interesting~
I don't see anyone adding quickness into their templates though.. even with extra templating points available. |

This is because theres interrupt timer and a fixed delay timer making it possible for slower weapons to rupt. And slower weapons causing a bigger interrupt timer as far as i understand.
Well, and not capping quickness is only an option for the grped dual wielding damage dealers IMO. Doing so, it will increase your damage, if you only can strike 2 or 3 times in a given time period. Theres still something called evade chance, that wont stop at 250 quick... |

@blue how does this mechanic work for a bard holding a lute?
