Can't log my characters in Varulvhamn

Every time i try to log my characters who are in Varulvhamn, my game crashes oO

Anyone has the same problem plz?

Ok so i have more informations, looks like the issue is only occuring on my laptop, not on my main computer.
I tried to reinstall game + launcher but it's still not working.
