Problems logging in after LD

out of the blue i had a LD today(few min ago) and now i cant log back in keeps saying i cant dual log.
ive restarted my pc 2 times and it still says i cant dual log. When i press Play i get an Update failure: Could not check for launcher updates: <Riot Control>

Whole server went down, should be fine by now.
