Mage/Elementalis cannot do these quest, wich gives a really good wrist ...
3 resist and pv their is no reason to block the acces for that quest to them...

Would it be possible to open these quest for everybody ?

Too few items are good for mage/Elementalist ...

The wrist can be sold and traded to other players.

So the answer is : create an other character too make the quest ?
Wouldn't it be possible to be fair : giving the possibility to all people to do that quest ?
