In camp forest earlier i noticed this guy shooting down the road in spurts, i figured lag. he ran to me then a second later was 30feet away, then he did the same thing, i took 4 screenshots only before he was gone. but you can see, in 2 seconds ( you can see my clock) he went FAST and FAR, he is back in the distance near the tower. His name was Agnitori , i also got him in the combat text from targetting him.
