Cannot Login - Facebook

When I try to log in and verify through Facebook I get the message:

Previously you signed in with Facebook.


But just now, you signed in with Facebook.


So we need to verify with Facebook that you are the same person.


Then when I click 'continue' I get an error message "Error code: INVALID_CONFIRMATION."

Help please
