This may be too much detail but I am going to break down my current situation. I am a level 49.7 Merc hoping to finish my epic quest line. I just completed my level 25 epic quest and Captain Rhodri is bugged offering me the level 25 epic again without me able to accept or drop my epic quest line. The trainer in camelot does not offer me anything and my journal states return to Captain Rhodri when you achieve level 25 (already completed this quest and Captain Rhodri offers me nothing).
Some background as to what I may think happened,
Once upon a time my ingame name was Genji and I was asked to change it. When my name was changed to Circorio (current ingame name) ALL my quests were reset including my epic quest line. When this happened I repeated my level 25 epic hoping it would allow me to continue the epic quest line but I think instead I just broke the game.
When I do /quest it shows all epic quests have been completed including the level 25 one (thus I should be on the level 30 epic but I am unable to continue quest line).
Cirdan was made aware but my Daoc has now boiled down to me logging in and doing nothing productive as I really need a full set of armor when I ding 50 (too broke for that template thing) and would hate my life if I had to reroll.

Hey Circorio,

Nayru thought he had fixed you already and it looks like he didn't. Keep appealing in game and try to ask for him specifically. I'm sorry we haven't got you worked out yet.
