I am getting all the way through the Uthgard patcher, but just before it attempts to load DAOC, I get this error

Failed to Launch client

The game client could not be started:
Process with an Id of 1520 is not running.


That Process id is uth dll, and it is running. I have to kill the uth dll process to try again. I also have installed the VC++ x86 and net as required.
