Having trouble with a texture file in daoced help plz.

So i have a group health status icon, which is linked to a texture of a square 64x64, showing health drop/rise, i can change to 128x128, easily, power of 2 etc, but is there a way to make it work say 96x96 or resize it to some other size that is not standard.. whenever i make the texture file with irregular pixel size, it doesnt work :/
