Bard speed issue

I have a bug with the bard speed for few days.

Every 5sec, when I run, it's like if I lost my speed and my character is slowing down, and then it starts again.

Other bard have this issue ? I can grab video if needed

Ok, I try to use another luth and it works ... my luth was bugged
