Bug Report: Cliffs of Moher Mobs

The mobs in Cliffs of Moher (specifically Gales and Moheran Distorters) casting effects are not working 100% of the time. Sometimes the mobs will perform a cast without showing a cast effect.
Edit: The Moheran Distorters are casting dds at exceptional ranges far above 2000 units. |

Maybe just raise you Sound for Spell Effects (first one on game options).
I don't think the spriggarn model has a spell animation. The gale is hollow. The gale is of a large size, so I do not know if the spell effect is adjusted to its size. What kinda spell is it? I went to level there, never had any issue, however I am a ranger with fast bow, so they cant really cast. Reminder to Self: Quality over Quantity, what is the Value here?
