Clicking PLAY to start launcher doesnt work?

Ive clicked it a bunch, and the white UTHGARD letters are not popping up?

One thing i noticed is the play button was RED yesterday when i was playing.. now its grey? Does anyone have any ideas?

Windows 10, latest Chrome.
