Custom UI problem

Hi guys.

I cannot get any custom UI to work it seems. Tried Bobs and Ghost. Nothing happens in-game when I make changes. I have put files in custom folder in daoc/ui, and I have switched to custom in options in daoc, but everything is still the same as always. Any ideas? I have admin rights on pc running win 10. Must be something I have missed :) Any help appreciated. Healers helper is sooooo missed atm!
