I was under the impression that you can adjust the size of the window and move it wherever on your desktop. But whenver i try to move it to lets say the top right corner of the screen, it still takes up the top and bottom portion of the screen. When i attempt to restore it to the way it was before on the character selection screen, the screen won't allow me get to that option screen. I try to also shrink the task bar, but it won't minimize at all. How can i fix this to restore it to the way it's supposed to be? thanks
