just poped up, only thing I've ever had running in the background was Mojo and 2 live daoc clients + eve launcher/arma launcher.

also my account still says "Account Status
Please keep following the rules to keep your account in good standing.

✓ Your account is currently in good standing, no rule violations have been reported."

This is a known bug and will be resolved soon.
