Just waited in que for 4 hours. My account is in good standing according to the Uthgard website so please explain this error I keep getting. Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm still confused how can I have this: ✓ Your account is currently in good standing, no rule violations have been reported, but not have access.

On top of that I've been in que more than I've been in game, and I mainly solo with very little socializing outside of my friends. I have never used any 3rd party programs, glitches, or cheats that would cause a ban, and I never tried to cheat the afk system. I think this is an error, but if not a notification or email would be helpful.

ctrl + alt +delete shut it down and probably give it a fews minute then try again usually fixes it for me.
