Yesterday Powerreg was very slow

Hi,
yesterday i had most time a really slow powerregen with my SM. Sitting almost 4 Minutes till the Power was regen from 0% to 100%.
Thats crazy! :confused: I hope this is a already known Issue.
That slow Powerreg came with the Lags at the same Time after pushing ther Serverlimit to 2600 or 2700.
