I know where the Camelot.exe is but is doesn't not show up for the launcher.

Try opening your default browser with Administrator, then running the Uthgard launcher?

Idk what fixed the issue i redownloaded daoc in another drive and redownloaded Uthgard patcher and everything is working fine now.
