I followed instructions in the "Get Started" section. Got through step 2 and downloaded the client. However on step, I can NOT click on the confirmation checkbox and I don't see the "Create Account" button. I tried both on Chrome and Edge.

Any advice?

I wasn't aware of this, but it appears to have a timer of ~30 seconds before the box becomes clickable. I assume it was placed there so you could fully read the rules.
