Hey guys,

for the last few days I am trying to start the game without luck.
This is what I currently get using the launcher.
Clicking on the launcher settings will bring up a similar error.

PS: using Firefox

You could try making Google Chrome or IE your Browser just to check if there's an issue with your Firefox.
If there is, remove and reïnstall firefox.

You should definitely check another browser first. I had the problem that FF was not able to make OpenID work for several days. It redirected you to your provider but after coming back to the Uthgard page the circle just kept spinning. It worked flawlessly in IE or Edge. That problem however solved itself and I still have no clue what that was.

In FF you can check what the associated program (Settings -> Applications (no sure about the name since I'm not using the English version, it's no. 4 from the top) for Uthgard links is. Maybe something fiddled with your setting there.

If a reinstall does not work, you can try the cleanup (upper right corner) after entering "about:support" in the address bar. Beware: This will reset your profile, extension, history, bookmarks and what else there is! If you have any data you want to keep or restore later, you should make a backup.
