Issue tracker suggestion

I know this might be slightly off topic but I have a suggestion to make.
It would be nice if possible to have some sort of realm categorization and RvR impact severity of for each issue reported on the bug tracker. For example, values of that RvR impact field could be, "None", "Low favoring Albion","Low disfavoring Albion", "Medium disfavoring Albion", "Highly disfavoring Albion" etc with compilations for all realms. This way we bug that have an impact on rvr can be fat tracked and resolved accordingly. We all play this game mostly for the fantastic RvR and I think we all agree that bugs/issues having such impact, must be addressed with high priority and care. I'm sure that the developers do it already in their own fashion but it would be great to have it displayed on the issue tracker in a more direct manner. The reason for my suggestion is the fact that there are lot of issues on the issue tracker and ones effecting RvR can not be easily isolated. Today I was reading an issue about enchanter being able to interrupt with the same debuff spell from different level every 5 second (using level 11 and level 21 of the same dps debuff spell). The best part is that is that there has to be confirmation from other players for it to be prioritized or how ever that works out. Ok is a new issue created on 07/06/2016 but still there should be a way to bump it up on the priority at submission as the impact it can have in RvR is huge. I can still remember the bugged grey instant lullaby on bards back in the day, that could render useless an enemy caster throughout the fight. I think you all get the picture and agree on the way this type of issues have to be handled. Cheers!. |
