Debuffs and Quickcast on a 30 min+ recast timer?

Logged in with my Sorc. All my debuff spells were unavailable and on a 30 minute recast timer. Same with quickcast.
Was told in chat that it was a bug and relog or change zones. Neither helped. What is up? Does this need an official Issue? |

Actually this usually happens because you zoned from one place to another. I think there was some progress on this front, but it may be that people that had this on an ability have to wait it out. I'm not sure if the problem is still occurring or its just the leftover effect lingering to be honest. Nezix - 50 Minstrel <The Band>

There was a bug where timers went out of sync. Unfortunately, since disabled skills are preserved when you log out, this (wrong) time was saved. Please /appeal if you have this problem so we can fix it for you.
