Have you tried disabling whatever anti-virus software you have? I know some other folks had success with that.

The uthgard launcher has a ton more features than DAoC Portal.
Moreover, DAoC Portal does not support the master account mechanism, and thus you cannot play uthgard at all with it.
I fear you will have to use it either way or not use uthgard at all.

NET 4.6, Win7 Home x64, C++ OK, Windows update OK, downloaded new uthgard setup, firewal antivirus OFF...

Have to play on other server. Because it is "beta" and connection problems are not taken seriously...

Solved, change your DNS :

clic droit sur connexion au réseau local
propriétés
cocher protocole internet version 4(TCP/IPv4)
propriétés
cocher "Utiliser l'adresse de serveur DNS suivante"
serveur DNS préféré 8 8 8 8
serveur DNS auxiliaire 8 8 4 4
cocher "valider les paramètres en quittant"
