Realm transfers down please fix!

I have transferred before just fine, now it says unknown realm. Same with my friend and had our other 2 friends check their account too says the same thing I think your transfer is down, can you fix? Or any known time when it will be back up?

this seems to be the case for me as well. simply saying that my realm is unknown with no option to switch.
