Guild Name issue

This evening i'll try to form my old guild on mid.

When i press /gc form ITALICVS system saw: cant form this guild as Leader Dottormetallo.

So i make leader a friend in group and system saw: cant form this guild because the name is registered.

Any suggestion ? :)
