Character Deleted?

I created a new character to check something and my original character was deleted?

Is this working as intended or a bug? I checked around the rules and saw nothing stating only 1 character per account, per realm, etc.

Edit: Just kidding - character menu was bugged. Thread no longer needed. Sorry!

relog account.
I created a second account and the first disappeared..but once i reopened game it was there.
