Change Account Mail / Name

Hey there!
I tried to change my account mail (edit account settings), but how ever, if i log in, the mail is the first one. And when i try to create an account with the new mail , i get response that the mail is already in use. Is there any possibility to change the Account Name, or to delete the account? |

Ok, and is there any option to delete my account, including all existing mails - that i can make a clean restart ?
