Unable to save created character

hi guys, I have a problem,every time I create new character, it either does not save, or when it does, it will not let me enter the game, it returns me to menu every time, how can I fix this? I tried picking variosu realms, races, classes, names, nothing helped.

when u say returns u to menu...u mean char selection screen?
