Hi Guys
how can i get my account deleted? Couldnt find anything in the FAQ. Or can i maybe delete my characters and switch the realm afterwards, because thats what i want to ? greets Toby |

Strange request. Just create another account if you want to play on another realm.

As i cant use emails more than one time, and atm dont have 3 available email-accounts, i need to delete at least one account, or just switch the realms.

All 3 of my accounts are going to 1 email unless they changed something I don't know about.

If you delete all chars on your account, your account will be sweeped out on next reboot automatically.

Could it be the case that you see the website account as the gameserver account? Website and gameserver have completely different account databases. The website checks for duplicate emails, the gameserver doesn't.

if Im not wrong when u delete ALL your chars the realm button get enabled again or when u relog the realm chose screen appears, sry but made it 1-2 years ago and cant remember very well

Ok thx to u guys. I just did not understand the account creation process correctly.
I created an account on the website and thought, that its for the Gameserver, but indeed it isnt. Thanks for explaining this again to me  Problem solved. |
