How i can use the items in game?

I type '/use' and all i get is 'you attempt to use'.

Great but how? What's next?

I tried. Still only 'you attempt to use'.

Really doesn't work. I stand in front of target, I mark it and I do what you wrote.

Nothing is happening.

Just for clarification, what exactly are you trying to use?

'Necklace of the Doppleganger' from Traitor in Cotswold quest.

Try dragging the necklace icon into your quickbar and activating it from there. If I recall correctly, that's the way I did it.

I right click the Necklace from the quickbar, I type '/use' and I left click the Necklace button from the quickbar again.

I tried other combinations but still doesn't work

Write me step by step what should i do.

The only other factor I can think of that may prevent you from using the necklace correctly is that you're in the wrong place. Did you receive the message "This looks like the place for the meeting. You must now USE your necklace. In order to USE an item, right click on the item and type /use." when you approached the meeting location?

I don't get message in combat box, but i saw other player a little further doing this quest, so I tried and it worked.
