Hey there, I have not logged in for a week or two, never givin out my info or anything. For some reason it says my account was banned from this server type (when i click uthgard enter my pass then click log in)

Is this a bug or something? I really cant see any reason why i would have been banned. I haven't even trash talked anyone and there is no post with any of my character names in the ban section.

Any help is appreciated.... Thanks!

My account was also banned.

I am also having issues with my wife's account it is saying "your password is incorrect" so I tried to run it on my computer to see if it was the commuters problem and when i logged out of my account and in to check hers (which still had an issue) and I tried to log back in to my account i get "your account is banned from this server type".
