Can't find straw. Straw's in town quest

I am a the step where I go to Odharnait in Ardagh and she tells me to find him at the hill with the boulder and dead tree north west of her. I go there and no spraggon spawn at all, nothing is there at all in either day or night.
What is the location of Straw for this step? The internet only lists the location for him on the peninsula where he runs away in the previous step. |
