account management: changing email/password

How would I go about updating my email info to a new address I'm using if I don't actually have access to the old one that's currently tied to an in-game account (can't use the verification email that it sends to change/update). My old address literally timed out on me being a college email account - they expire 2 years after graduating and you can't even login =\

This would apply to changing the login password for my game account(s), too, I presume.
