Problem logging in.

I seem to be logging in to the game and my guy is probably standing there but im still not all the way in the game and froze at the last bit before the game starts. This has happened before and i can log out. I then get the message ur account is already logged in wait a minute and try again.
Now im just stuck. Cannot get in the game. I'm running 1.09 client. https://www.uthgard.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=37632
