I created a login account for two realms and the one I did for ALB was a long time ago. I only have two active email accounts and i'm assuming an email account can't be used for multiple realms. So I can't figure out how to recover that login information. I can see my character on the herald so i know it still exists, but i'm not sure how to get access to it.

I've tried doing recovery on every email address I could have used, but i'm only getting my Hib account and my new Mid account.

Is there anything I can do?

I can give names of some characters on the account to an admin and all the associated emails that may be linked.. or similar logins that may be associated.

The registered e-mail is the account owner. If you no longer have access to the e-mail, no recovery is possible. We do not disclose registered e-mail for privacy reasons.

Can one email have access to two different realms? Would that mean my login name is the same, but two different passwords? Each would go to a different realm?

Perhaps I could give you the name of the characters and you could have an email sent to their account? This way I could check my email accounts to get that information.

You can register as many accounts as you wish to a single e-mail. You need at least one account per realm.

Example:

myhib => myemail@gmail.com
myalb => myemail@gmail.com
mymid => myemail@gmail.com

The passwords are unique per-account, but the account recovery can be linked to the same e-mail.

Is there a way to recover or reset each unique password for a single email acccount?
