Cant log in to only ONE char.

I can log into every character except for one. Crashes me to desktop instead. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling DAoC. Letting the portal re-patch the fresh install and still does not work. I have tried moving the game to another location on my PC and changeing the path in DAoC portal to the new location and still nothing. I have tried tons of other things i read on the forum, non of them are working for me. Sucks becasue its my highest lvl char and i ahve no 50's yet
 Anyone have any suggestions? |

So I have tried /callgm from a different character a few times now. I have tried everything. I jumped onto my laptop and used a fresh copy of everything. It still does the same thing. One character only I can not log into. There is no loading screen. As soon as i click play the screen freezes for a few seconds, and then crashes to desktop. A gm just told me that there is nothing more that can be done. So I am stuck and can never use this character again? Does anyone have ANY other ideas i can try?

I know this kind of problem from live ... maybe your character is stucked ... i cant explain it in english .. but maybe blue can 'port' your offline character to another place like home city or something else ...

Ok, I found some older topics. Re-read through them again. In the end I am certain that it is Symantech. Mine is SEP 12.1. I tried to figure out exactly what it was in SEP that was doing it but I could not figure it out. I uninstalled SEP from my laptop and I can log into that char again. On my PC which still has SEP i can not log in. So it has to be something with SEP. Thanks for your help Blue, let me know if you want me to do some sort of troubleshooting to try and figure out exactly what was happeneing.

Yeah it is so strange. Seems to be if you have SEP, or maybe some other symantech AV, and a character at least level 25. What happens at lvl 25 that can trigger this?

Musat be something in character files which triggers signature of trojan or virus.
