What are "macrotools (leveltools)" as listed in the rules?

I am wondering what "macrotools (leveltools)" as listed in the Uthgard rules is speaking of. What are they? Is this some level thing or crafter related?

Macrotools automate key presses, mouseclicks and so on. They target on not actively playing the game but advancing in experience/skills/gold.
