Prior to level 7, I managed to fulfill about 5-6 Tasks. I dinged level 7 and I was only able to do 1 task. I think there is something wrong here:
(Removed the Melee Damage so I could fit that into 1 Screenshot)  "It's not fair unless I'm winning!" |

log out and log in again   |

yeah, i think it's a bug.
but, you can solve it just to do relog  and this situation only happens once to get task after lvl up. try to do relog ~ |

It is a bug -- can you outline the steps to reproduce? I havent been able to duplicate this successfully (but it did happen to me)
